This system closes the opening at the top of the snorkel when underwater and reopens when the snorkel reaches the surface. The snorkel can be easily attached to any regular snorkel/dive mask with a quick release adjustable clip, which allows for movement up and down the snorkel tube, ensuring a comfortable position. This type of attachment also prevents your hair from getting tangled between the mask and snorkel.

The mouthpiece is made of food-grade liquid silicone, a super soft and safe material that is very comfortable in your mouth and provides a good seal. The form-fitting, angled, and corrugated mouthpiece design allows for prolonged use, and the silicone mouthpiece is removable and replaceable if necessary.

The longer oval upper tube provides more air, allowing you to breathe effortlessly. The large diameter tube enables full breaths without making you struggle to catch your breath. Aegend's dry snorkel features an advanced top dry valve and splash guard. The profiled "paddle" dry top automatically closes when submerged, preventing water entry. Even when waves crash overhead, the splash-guard will prevent water from coming into the snorkel. Unlike the float ball valve, which can easily get lodged by small sands or other debris, Aegend's new design valve won't get stuck, ensuring comfortable breathing.
